I’m David Turner, the owner of Rural High Speed. I started my own business a few years ago, building on a career in communications that began in 1992 when I joined the Marine Corps. I am a licensed communications and electronic contractor.

One of the main reasons I started this business was to bring back genuine customer service. Like you, I get frustrated with automated systems that never connect you with a real person—or with companies that pass you from one customer service representative to another.
